No Withdrawal Right for Custom-Made Products<\/h3>\nProducts in categories A (Printed Products), B (Digital Products), and C (Original Painted Commissions)\nare made to order and\/or customized to your specifications. They are therefore\n<strong>not eligible<\/strong> for any generic \u201cchange-of-mind\u201d or withdrawal period.\n<h3>9. Printed Products (Category A)<\/h3><h4>1.1 Production and Shipping Times<\/h4><p>Printed items (posters, canvas prints, apparel, etc.) are made to order.<br \/>Estimated times:<\/p><ul><li>Production: approximately <strong>2\u20137 business days<\/strong><\/li><li>Shipping: varies depending on the destination country<\/li><\/ul><h4>1.2 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (14-Day Window)<\/h4><p>If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item,<br \/>you must contact us within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of delivery.<\/p><p>Please email <a href=\"mailto:studio@monsieurcouleur.com\">studio@monsieurcouleur.com<\/a> and include:<\/p><ul><li>your order number;<\/li><li>a clear description of the issue;<\/li><li>photos of the product;<\/li><li>photos of the package if it is visibly damaged.<\/li><\/ul><p>After review, we may offer a <strong>free replacement<\/strong> or a <strong>full refund<\/strong>,<br \/>depending on the situation.<\/p><h4>1.3 Non-Eligible Returns<\/h4><p>Due to the made-to-order nature of printed products, we do not accept returns in the following cases:<\/p><ul><li>wrong size or model ordered by the customer;<\/li><li>change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction;<\/li><li>incorrect shipping address provided by the customer;<\/li><li>minor differences in color or placement inherent to printing processes.<\/li><\/ul><p>These situations do not entitle you to a refund or replacement.<\/p><h3>2. Digital Products (Category B)<\/h3><h4>2.1 Delivery<\/h4><p>Digital products are delivered as one or more files via email or secure link,<br \/>after the <strong>final revision<\/strong> has been approved by the client.<\/p><h4>2.2 Production Time<\/h4><p>Creation time depends on project complexity and the number of revisions included in your chosen pack.<br \/>As a general guideline, expect approximately <strong>1\u20132 weeks<\/strong>.<\/p><h4>2.3 Cancellation and Refunds<\/h4><ul><li>If work has <strong>not yet started<\/strong>: you may receive a <strong>100% refund<\/strong>.<\/li><li>If the artist has already <strong>started working<\/strong>: you may receive a<br \/><strong>50% refund<\/strong>.<\/li><li>After final delivery of the digital file: the product is <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><p>Digital products cannot be returned once delivered.<\/p><h3>3. Original Painted Commissions (Category C)<\/h3><h4>3.1 Creation Time<\/h4><p>Standard production time is approximately <strong>4 weeks<\/strong>, unless otherwise agreed (for urgent projects).<br \/>Timing may vary depending on size, complexity, and current workload.<\/p><h4>3.2 Shipping<\/h4><p>Artworks are shipped from Japan, with reinforced packaging, tracking, and insurance adapted to the artwork\u2019s value.<\/p><h4>3.3 Damaged Parcel Upon Delivery<\/h4><p>If the parcel appears damaged on delivery, you must:<\/p><ul><li>refuse the parcel, or sign with <strong>written reservations<\/strong> to the courier;<\/li><li>take photos of the parcel and the artwork;<\/li><li>contact us within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> at<br \/><a href=\"mailto:studio@monsieurcouleur.com\">studio@monsieurcouleur.com<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul><p>A refund or replacement solution may be considered after we review the case and the evidence provided.<\/p><h4>3.4 No Refunds Once Work Has Begun<\/h4><p>Painted commissions are <strong>fully custom-made<\/strong>. Once the creation process has begun,<br \/>no refunds are possible, except in the case of proven damage in transit as described above.<\/p><h3>4. Delivery Delays and Customs<\/h3><p>Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or strikes cannot be used as grounds for a refund.<br \/>Any import taxes or customs duties are the <strong>responsibility of the customer<\/strong>.<\/p><h3>5.
